The ECG shows regular P waves at 100 beats per minute with a PR interval of 0.20 sec. The QRS complexes are wide, about 0.16 sec, with the terminal forces directed rightward (S in lead I) and anteriorly (R in V1). The findings are consistent with sinus tachycardia and right bundle branch block.
