This ECG shows sinus rhythm at a rate slightly less than 60 beats per minute (sinus bradycardia). The P wave duration is 0.12 sec with an M shape in lead II and terminal P inversion in V1 (interatrial block). The PR interval is top normal at 0.2 sec. There are Q waves in II-III-AVF without ST elevation and QS complexes in V1-3 with 2 mm ST-segment elevations. SV1+RV5 is greater than 35 mV. There is deep T-inversion in V3-6. These findings are consistent with an anteroapical infarction and probable wall motion disorder, as well as left ventricular hypertrophy with repolarization changes.
