All ECG 155

  1. Atrial fibrillation with an uncontrolled ventricular response
  2. Right bundle branch block

This ECG does not meet criteria for ventricular tachycardia. The R in lead V2 is larger than the R', however the criteria examine this QRS morphology change in lead V1, not lead V2. The morphology is that of a typical right bundle branch block. The QRS complexes are irregularly irregular which can occur at times with ventricular tachycardia, but is not common and more often seen in atrial fibrillation.
