The rhythm is sinus at about 90 beats per minute with tall peaked P waves in the inferior leads. The frontal plane QRS axis is about +120° and there are tall R waves with T-inversion in leads V1-3 and deep S waves in V4-6.

The tracing meets criteria for right axis deviation, right atrial abnormality and right ventricular hypertrophy with strain.
