  1. Accelerated junctional rhythm
  2. Left axis deviation
  3. Poor R wave progression

There is no definite P wave activity on this ECG (although some may be suspected, but the P wave amplitude is extrodinarily small). This would indicated a junctional origin of the rhythm. See the Junctional Rhythms Review  by clicking below for more details.
