This ECG has a prolonged QT interval. While the T waves are biphasic in the anteroseptal precordial leads, Wellen's ECG changes do not commonly cause a prolonged QT. This ECG was taken from a patient just after the below rhythm was terminated:

This image is Torsades de Pointes or poloymorphic ventricular tachycardia. A prolonged QT is the ECG finding that proceeds this life-theatening rhythm.
