Miscellaneous ECG 6

  1. Atrial tachycardia with 2:1 conduction
  2. Non-specific ST-T wave abnormalities
  3. Poor R wave progression
  4. Consider digoxin toxicity

Atrial tachycardia occurs when a focus in the atrium outside the AV node fires rapidly causing increased ventricular heart rates. When conducting in a 2:1 ratio like on this ECG, digoxin toxicity should be considered as this is a common finding in this setting.
