This ECG shows sinus rhythm at about 50 beats per minute with a PR interval of 0.24 sec, consistent with sinus bradycardia and first-degree atrioventricular block. The down sloping (“reverse check mark”) ST-T wave changes typical of digitalis effect are best seen in leads V3-6.
