This ECG shows sinus rhythm with a rate of about 70 beats per minute and a prolonged PR interval of about 0.32 sec, consistent with first-degree atrioventricular block. The frontal plane axis is about -15°, which is not consistent with left anterior fascicular block. There is upsloping ST-segment elevation in leads I, AVL, V2-4 consistent with an acute antero-lateral ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
