All ECG 21

There are no P waves. Coarse atrial fibrillatory waves are present, best seen in V1, indicating atrial fibrillation. The ventricular rate is 30 to 40 beats per minute, consistent with high-grade atrioventricular nodal disease or underlying complete heart block with escape beats. The absolute QT interval on this ECG is approximately 640 ms. There are multiple formulas for correcting the QT for heart rate. The Bazett and Fridericia methods are most commonly used, with the Fridericia and/or Framingham corrections currently recommended. [Andršová I, et al. Sci Rep. 2021:p18A]
