All ECG 43

The ECG shows marked sinus bradycardia. The PR interval is 0.12 sec, and there is an upright (positive) delta wave in the precordial leads. The findings are consistent with type A Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. The ECG findings are helpful in assessing the anatomic location of the accessory pathway.
