This ECG shows sinus bradycardia at 55 beats per minute with a prolonged PR interval, about 0.24 sec, consistent with first-degree atrioventricular block. The QRS duration is top normal at 0.12 sec and there is a QS pattern in V1-2 with more than 1 mm upsloping ST elevation. The findings are consistent with anterior infarction.
