Another important component of individualized management is consultation with a registered dietitian, who can provide personalized guidance on allergen avoidance, nutritional adequacy and meal planning. Providing families with detailed individualized feeding plans can ease the burden on caregivers and alleviate the stress and anxiety caused by everyday food-related challenges.
