The greatest area of unmet need really comes with the diagnosis. Because it is a symptom-based diagnosis, patients, clinicians are worried about making the diagnosis because there's not a test to say, you have IBS, right? And because any GI symptoms, whether it's pain, constipation, or bloating can be a sign of many other things. So there's this fear that there's something else. And so there's this kind of chasing of testing. And the more tests we do that are then negative creates more anxiety in patients, because then their mindset is, I'm miserable, I have pain, but everything is normal. And why is that? And I think taking the time to explain the pathophysiology and why they feel the symptoms is important. But what would be great in terms of speeding up the diagnosis is if there was a reliable biomarker. Whether it's a blood test, endoscopy, novel imaging, whatever it is. If there was a biomarker that we could order, and then say, "this is the diagnosis". Then you can move on to treatment.
