Certainly health equity is a big topic these days and an important topic. And I think each group, each individual, each practice is trying to do what they can to improve this for their patients. I know our practice, certainly, telehealth over the last year has become a big thing making it easier for patients to be seen. Those patients that live further away, we'll do telehealth just by phone if they don't have computer or video capabilities- most people still have a phone. In our OMR, our online medical record, there's a new gender identity tab for physicians to fill out and ask patients with that. Certainly, we're seeing a lot more on which pronouns. And I think it's just important like anything else to be open and honest with the patients and, you know, ask them what they're looking for and what's right for them.
