I always like to find out, kind of meet the patient where they are. So I need to find out about them and what their history is. Some patients are brand new to even the concept of HAE. Others have come from families with HAE, so they all have kind of different backgrounds and I like to meet them where they are. In fact, some of the patients that are new, I mean they may have gone 10, 12, 15 years with being misdiagnosed, mistreated, and that can really take a toll because they lose, they get frustrated rightfully so, and lose some trust in the medical community. Not a lot of confidence in medicine. And so you have to kind of break down some of those barriers. But again, meeting the patient where they are, kind of understanding where they are mentally, emotionally with it, what they understand of it. And more than anything, I want them to have a good understanding and a correct understanding of what really they're dealing with. And then have kind of set some expectations moving forward and see what their goals are. I always want to see what are their goals in treatment. And then from there you kind of design a plan and so you find out where they are, where they want to go, and then design a plan to get them there and to guide them to that space.
