VIDEO: Impact of COVID-19 on use of telehealth
William D. Chey, MD, from the Michigan Medicine Gastroenterology Clinic, Taubman Center at the University of Michigan, said COVID-19 has impacted the use of video visits with patients. He said almost every practice will expand its telehealth capabilities, which will benefit patients. Chey also said patients will not want to go back to driving to office visits.
