WASHINGTON — In this exclusive video perspective from Digestive Disease Week 2018, Healio Gastroenterology and Liver Disease spoke with Douglas K. Rex, MD, a gastroenterologist from Indiana University and advisory board chairman at ai4gi, regarding the codevelopment agreement between ai4gi and Olympus.

“These two companies coming together are going to create an opportunity that is going to be fantastic for endoscopy and for endoscopists,” Rex said. “I am very confident that they’re going to be able to develop some tools that are going to be tremendous to improve clinical decision-making during colonoscopies.”
