So, patients when they have vasculitis and diagnosed with vasculitis, well, I tell my patients, you are with your body every day. You have to really watch out for symptoms, how things started, because this may predict a relapse. You have to keep up with your blood test monitoring, because sometimes we can predict relapse from just a blood test even before things get worse and start showing manifestation and symptoms. And that's really important, because I understand this is a chronic disease and we get very irritated by having blood tests on a regular basis. But this is really important. And the most important is to educate the patient, to educate themself on this topic and talk to people about other people, like have been diagnosed with the same condition, that they can share notes and have different perspective from different people. Whenever I see a patient with vasculitis for the first time, I really give them resources to go on and look into, what does it mean to have this specific diagnosis and educated patients is really have a better outcome.
