Top in ID: International travel rules, fourth dose of COVID-19 vaccine

President Joe Biden recently signed an order that loosened travel restrictions to the U.S. for vaccinated travelers.

Under the new rules, which take effect Nov. 8, all noncitizens who are not immigrants will be required to be fully vaccinated and have proof of vaccination before traveling to the U.S. A review of the travel rules was the top story in infectious disease last week.
