Recent developments of diabetic eye disease, I think there is definitely much more which has happened in the last 10 years. One of the most important developments is multiple injections, and there are obviously newer injections coming along to control diabetic macular edema. And with the help of various randomized control trials, we have been evaluating different stages of the disease and the response to treatment with injections or with surgery. And in terms of the surgical intervention, I think there is a lot of development happening in terms of instrumentation as well as visualization. And I think the surgical outcomes have improved significantly in the last 10 to 15 years just because we have much more advanced instruments, such as small-gauge vitrectomies as well as advancing laser as well as the forceps and the scissors, which help us successfully perform surgeries for these complex cases.
