In this exclusive video, Nancy S. Reau, MD, section chief of hepatology and associate director of organ transplantation at Rush University Medical Center, discusses the job market for new physicians and how they might be impacted by COVID-19.

She said they might have to adapt to situations that are different from what they expected coming out of training. Despite the challenges, Reau believes these physicians will come to understand the new normal.
