In surgery for endometrial cancer, recent advancement has been deescalating the surgical staging or removing of lymph nodes. So, we now remove fewer lymph nodes to find out if the cancer has spread by performing sentinel lymph node biopsy where we inject a tracer dye into the uterus and map the specific individual lymph nodes as opposed to regionally removing large, bulky portions of lymph nodes. And this has less surgical risk and less implications of complications for patients. For medical therapies for endometrial cancer, we're really seeing some exciting developments in both chemotherapies as well as in targeted therapies and immunotherapies for the medical management of the treatment of endometrial cancer. And that's because we're understanding better how to discriminate different types of endometrial cancer and figure out more discerning treatments for individual patients.
