So a work-life balance for me. Well, I think, when I think about work-life balance, what I try to do is to think about what are the priorities that I have in each column, and how can I ensure that the things that I need to get done in both columns are being done.

And I find work enjoyable, and I know that there are parts of work that are, you know, less enjoyable. But I like what I do and I like the people I work with. And so I value the opportunity to do what I do. But I also understand that when I have these differing priorities, that they're all important. And it means that it gives me a chance to say no for other things that may not be as high priority and allows me to spend my time in those non-work priorities.

And I think it's important to be able to say, I have a set of goals that are work-related and outside of work. And part of my work-life balance is being able to dedicate time to those goals. I wouldn't have set them if they weren't important.

So part of me making time to complete those goals is really part of my work-life balance, I've set those priorities and on both ends I want to be successful. So if I spend all the time on my sort of personal life issues and I don't get anything accomplished at work that I want to accomplish, yeah, I might have more time, but that's not the balance that I want to achieve.

So my balance is really not just about time, but how I'm actually doing the things that I set out to do in both my professional life and my personal life.
