SAN DIEGO — In this video, Kathryn Dao, MD, spoke with Healio about patient-reported outcomes from the ARCTIC REWIND study presented at ACR Convergence 2023.

According to the abstract, patients used the Rheumatoid Arthritis Impact of Disease (RAID) questionnaire to report flares during the duration of the ARCTIC REWIND study.

“I thought this was pretty interesting from a patient perspective of how they view their flares, and that could be one of the ways that we can use to predict flares or to measure flares and see whether or not it’s RA related,” said Dao, an associate professor in the department of internal medicine’s division of rheumatology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
