NEW ORLEANS – The most common pathway in borderline personality disorder is nonviolence, Jack S. Rozel, MD, said at the American Psychiatric Association annual meeting.
However, clinicians must shift their mindset when they do encounter incidents of violence in these patients that will typically be directed towards other people, he said.
