FORT WORTH, Texas— In this video from the American Nephrology Nurses Association Annual Symposium, Lesley C. Dinwiddie, MSN, RN, FNP, CNN, provides details on the Partnering for Quality Care educational series offered for nurses.

The program contains nine modules covering important topics in kidney care, including acute care, transplantation, home dialysis and palliative care – the most popular module in the curriculum’s first year, Dinwiddie said. “The modules are designed to support the learning needs of nurses caring for patients with chronic kidney disease,” Dinwiddie said.

In its first year, the modules were accessed by more than 8,000 individuals, including nurses, patients and their family members.

The modules are available for free, Dinwiddie said, via the American Nephrology Nurses Association’s website at www.annanurse.org/ckdmodules.
