A lot of patients, the diagnosis is devastating. They have to go through this relatively rigorous treatment that has a negative effect on their quality of life. For many patients, it's a hard treatment strategy or difficult. So I really try to keep them encouraged. I explain that if we can get through these treatments, we can get remissions that last 5, 7, 10 years. So if they can just get through this treatment hopefully we can get 'em a nice long treatment-free interval where they can have good quality of life during that time that they're free of treatment. I make sure I mentioned to them that if the disease does come back, we have these options now that we didn't have five years ago with oral therapies like BTK inhibitors and now having CAR T-cell strategies as an option. So we have some really good ways to manage relapse disease that we didn't have years ago. So I try to be a bit of a cheerleader and try to keep the patients optimistic as we're going through these treatments. It's obviously super helpful if the patient has good support of caregivers, friends, family. That's really invaluable when you're taking any cancer patient through any cancer therapy, frankly.
