Lymphoma is sort of the worst of both worlds, as it's been called, because it's, not only is it aggressive but it also tends to relapse over and over the way indolent lymphomas do. So it's true that patients may read online about the poor prognosis overall. I try to emphasize that a lot of that data is older data that's based on older treatments. By definition, we can only look backwards and say how long people with mantle cell are living. And I try to emphasize the rapid development of new therapies and research and development that's gone into all the new approaches that we talked about that can be very effective at prolonging patients not only their lives but their quality of lives. So try to face it with realistic optimism and, you know, if you run out of treatment options and need to shift your goals of care that's an appropriate discussion to have. But at least, you know, during the beginning and in the middle of a patient's journey with mantle cell. Again, I think it's important that oncologists emphasize what we can do and the improvements that have been made over the years.
