The work that we need to keep doing in diffuse large B cell lymphoma is to keep aiming our ship towards both increasing the activity of treatment as well as limiting the toxicities of treatment. The best treatment is the one that cures everybody and hurts nobody and that's not a reasonable standard to hold ourselves to and yet it has to be the North Star by which we guide our ongoing research efforts.

Leveraging immunotherapies, targeted therapies in a way to limit the short and long-term toxicities of our therapeutic approaches is a moral imperative and really the direction that science needs to continue to make progress.
