VIDEO: Discovery of novel KRAS mutations
In this video, Pasi Jänne, MD, PhD, Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, discusses a session on KRAS mutant lung cancers presented at AACR-NCI-EORTC. In the session, new KRAS inhibitors that bind to the novel mutations were discussed.
"Not just lung cancer, but for cancer in general... seeing that there are pre-clinical developments and seeing these agents moving toward the clinic is absolutely fantastic," said Jänne.
