Perla received his BA in Political Science/Journalism from Canisius College. He currently covers specialties such as hematology /oncology, ophthalmology, psychiatry, pulmonology, and rheumatology.
Perla has been in medical publishing since 2018 and has been a videographer for more than a decade. He is a music enthusiast and enjoys attending concerts.
