LONDON — At the EULAR Annual Congress, Christopher Edwards, BSc, MD, MBBS, FRCP, discussed a study which looked at tapering methotrexate (MTX) vs. steady-state MTX combined with tocilizumab for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). He said rheumatologists need to look at different ways to taper different biological therapies due to safety and financial reasons.
