LAS VEGAS — CSI Dry Eye Software has launched new technology that uses AI to assist clinicians in making a dry eye diagnosis and developing a treatment plan, according to a company executive at Vision Expo West.
CSI Dry Eye Software provides a platform for clinicians to house questionnaire results, medical history, medications, diagnostic testing and exam results, according to Trudi Charest, CSI’s chief sales officer. AI is used to provide a predicted diagnosis and assist clinicians in building a treatment plan.
“Then we keep it all on a platform where you can compare assessment over assessment and send your patient a really great treatment report that helps them with compliance and acceptance of those treatment plans,” Charest said.
