VIDEO: Investigational drops offer presbyopia correction without optics
DENVER – Shane Kannarr, OD, spoke with Healio about Allergan’s investigational presbyopia-correcting eye drop at this year’s Optometry’s Meeting, which included several presentations focused on presbyopia.
“Allergan has come to the forefront and started looking at a different treatment option — something that doesn’t require optics,” Kannarr said. “It’s a way to allow our patients that fluid vision during the course of the day, to have functional vision at all distances, without the additional medical device being required.”
