In this Healio Video Perspective, Cynthia Matossian, MD, FACS, and David Evans, PhD, MBA, discuss why it is important for practices to avoid generating website content with AI.

“Content that is to be written for the website really needs to be engaging and understand human behavior, and AI can’t do that,” Evans said.

AI does have a place in online marketing, according to Evans, who recommended it for “mundane tasks” such as observing trends in patient interest and creating general outlines for content.

“Basically, use AI to help you design the blueprint or the outline, and then use the human touch to really flesh it out,” Matossian said.
