According to Evans, a Google Business Profile is a significant element of a practice’s online presence that provides key information for patients.
“It’s very important for the content to be constantly upgraded as a functionality becomes available,” Evans said. “That means that once a month or so, somebody in the practice probably needs to lay physical eyes on the profile, look at what is in there, and then also do the same thing with the competitors to see if they have added content that is available now that your practice hasn’t added.”
