I would say one of the biggest challenge for diabetic macular edema management is having the patients visiting us being diagnosed at a very early stage. I think many of these patients come to us at a very late stage, by then, the structural damage has already happened. So, I think if our patients who have diabetes, or our primary care specialists who are taking care of these patients with diabetes, if they can refer the patients for diabetic retinopathy evaluation, we can diagnose these cases at a much earlier stage. And because if we diagnose them at a much earlier stage, the overall treatment options are really good, and the outcome is also very good. So I think one of the challenge is early diagnosis, and are offering the treatment at a very early stage, which I think we can solve by educating our patients, as well as our primary care physicians who are seeing these patients at the first level.
