The greatest areas of unmet need is patient education. I think that as members of our individual communities, we can do a better job getting out there to educate patients about the importance of the diabetic eye exam. We can do that through both their primary care providers, their primary eye care providers, and to the patients directly. I think that education and language that patients understand and accept is a significant unmet need. Scientifically, I think durability is the most approachable unmet need. We have a variety of products in clinical development, which are looking at increased durability of treatment for diabetic eye disease, diabetic macular edema, and diabetic retinopathy. VersaMAP has demonstrated that we can improve that even in our late stage products and our currently commercially available products. High-dose aflibercept may do that as well. And there are a variety of pipeline products, including tyrosine kinase inhibitors, including devices, including gene therapy, that may substantially reduce the burden that patients require to maintain good anatomic and visual outcomes.
