NEW YORK — In this Healio Video Perspective from OSN New York, John B. Pinto discusses the macroeconomic issues that are currently affecting ophthalmology and provides insight on what changes the future of the profession may hold.
“I think the next couple of years are really going to be a watershed for the profession,” he said. “As we get through the HR problems that we have right now, we will still be in one of the most challenging hiring environments the profession has seen in the last 20 years.”
