David W. Mullin

Mullin is Senior Director, Business Development & Market Strategy, Eye Care for the Healio Strategic Solutions Deep Engagement team.

 

Mullin received his BA in English from Christopher Newport University in 1996 and has been in medical publishing since 1998.

 

He previously served as Senior Editorial Director of the ophthalmology and dermatology content teams, having worked in ophthalmology since his start at Healio (formerly known as SLACK Incorporated). He was involved in the early development of social media, podcast and video content strategy at the company.

 

His teams have won numerous APEX and other medical journalism awards over the years.
