CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Sharing a bed with a spouse or partner generally led to better sleep and lower levels of depression and anxiety, according to Michael Grandner, PhD, MTR, CBSM, FAASM, at the SLEEP meeting.
Sleep quality was worse with children and, to a lesser degree, pets, he said.
