Health care technology firm Brain Scientific Inc. has announced that LOK Corporation will oversee its U.S. and global distribution network to promote and distribute its neurological instruments.

According to a company press release, two new products from Brain Scientific at the forefront of the collaborative effort are the NeuroCap, a disposable EEG fitting applied by patients at home or in a clinic, and the NeuroEEG, a wireless, wearable amplifier that enables patients to move freely during EEG monitoring. Both machines can be used in a variety of settings, from neurology clinics to emergency rooms, ICUs, assisted-living facilities, athletic venues and clinical research studies that are conducted remotely.

“At LOK Corporation, we are always on the lookout for disruptive technologies,” Daniel Cloutier, CEO of LOK Corporation, said in a release. “We believe that the NeuroCap and NeuroEEG have the potential to change the way EEGs are conducted and expand their application, and we are excited to be part of this endeavor.”

LOK, a manufacturing agent and distributor with international reach, specializes in assisting companies to find interested parties. Its network is composed of more than 15,000 distributors across 186 countries.

“Our products are changing lives by making EEG tests shorter and more accessible than ever before,” Hassan Kotob, chairperson and CEO of Brain Scientific, added.

“With LOK’s successful track record, we will accelerate bringing our mission-critical products to all parts of the globe.”
