There are so many challenges that our patients face. The most important thing, it's a rare disease. Any of these glomerular diseases are rare. They don't know what caused it. What can happen in the future is a big question. It's a challenge. They don't know if they will be doing well in the future. Will they flare? Another question. And more importantly, there are limited options. The space is now booming, but still very limited as compared to a lot of other disease spaces. And sometimes treatments don't work and patients end up on dialysis or have other comorbid conditions that end up happening.
And so patients have a lot of challenges when they're faced with these diseases. However, there's so many opportunities. Like I said, the space is booming. There's so many clinical trials that exist out there. People now want to participate. They want to help other patients down the line. It's similar to how oncology world has done it. They have so many trials, they have lots of data, and they've figured out what works and that space is booming. Similarly, glomerular disease space is also booming, which is a great opportunity for our patients.
