There have been really a number of remarkable advances for patients with breast cancer in the last few years. The general kind of way to think about it is we have chemotherapy for patients with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, we have endocrine therapy for patients with HER2-positive breast cancer, we have Herceptin-based and other HER2-based therapies for patients with triple-negative breast cancer. We are now adding immunotherapy for early-stage breast cancer with chemotherapy, and there have been a number of changes in the metastatic setting, including drugs like CDK4/6 inhibitors for hormone receptor-positive which we actually also use for high-risk, early stage. We have antibody drug conjugates like [fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki (Enhertu; AstraZeneca)] and sacituzumab govitecan (Trodelvy, Gilead), just to name a few, and there is ongoing research. So, this is really a good time in the breast cancer space because we've seen so many advances.
