We have a better understanding of who needs to be treated and when over the last couple of years been more of an emphasis on watch and wait for patients that have measurable disease, but that is not causing any problems. And I think that's caught on better. I think, I think there's really no reason to start treatment for patients that have follicular lymphoma unless they have severe constitutional symptoms, bulky disease or abnormal blood tests. So just because you can feel a lymph node and you can make the diagnosis doesn't mean you need to treat. I mean, I think that's been around since, since mid 20 teens. But everybody's doing that now. There's not as much of a rush to treat. So that's like for newly diagnosed patients, more watching and waiting. And then for patients that are have more advanced disease. We have new drugs. And CAR-T is now FDA approved for relapse or refractory follicular lymphoma.
