There are two major unmet needs. One we just spoke about, which is immunotherapy success. You know, getting a tail on the survival curve where people can expect a durable remission rather than going into a treatment knowing it’ll work for a while and then stop working.

So, other tumors have accessed this through treatments like the immune checkpoint inhibitors and we’re still working toward that for prostate. The other one it’s maybe a little pie in the sky is nonhormonal based therapy. Most of what we study in terms of new treatments layers on top of the basic androgen deprivation. Patients are asking for treatments where they will not have to have low testosterone the rest of their lives.

They’re grateful for the treatments we have, but obviously if we can find more powerful treatments that induce more durable remissions, then we may start to have the opportunity to either pull off ADT when someone’s in remission or maybe even study such a powerful treatment in the absence of androgen deprivation. So, it’s really forward looking, but I do think that’s a big unmet need for our patients.
