There is a tremendous amount of disparity. The number one disparity that I encounter, even at an academic oncology center, is access to treatment. So, some insurance companies will restrict which treatments patients can receive, and when you expand beyond an academic cancer center and go out into the community, there is disparity based on which providers a patient accesses, geography — if people live farther away where there’s maybe not as much infrastructure, some of these newer treatments like radiopharmaceuticals might not be a treatment that they’re able to access. So, we have a lot of work to do on this as well as, of course, the pharmaceutical prescriptions that are so expensive that are out of reach for many prostate cancer patients.
