NASHVILLE, Tenn. — In this Healio interview, Gretchen Winter, MD, spotlights the impact of burnout among health care professionals, especially pulmonary and critical care physicians and team members.
Winter highlights the consequences of burnout, as well as potential strategies to combat burnout among the pulmonary and critical care community and beyond.
Winter is assistant professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a speaker on this topic at several sessions during the CHEST Annual Meeting.
