Isaac Health has raised $5.7 million to help identify and care for individuals with different cognitive and brain health conditions in the United States.

According to a company release, more than 20 states have been dubbed a “dementia neurology desert” by the Society of Actuaries, with 61% of cases of dementia and 92% cases of mild cognitive impairment going undiagnosed.

With this funding, Isaac Health will further develop and expand its virtual brain health and memory clinic platform to advance screening, diagnosis, treatment and management of dementia and other brain health conditions, the release stated. The company partners with health systems and payers and also works directly with patients and their caregivers.

“We are thrilled to have secured this significant investment, which reflects the confidence our investors have in the potential for Isaac Health to be the category defining player for brain health,” Julius Bruch, Isaac Health’s CEO, said in the release. “This funding will enable us to accelerate our mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care for the evaluation and management of dementia and many other brain health conditions.”
